Your satisfaction with the merchandise we sale is guaranteed. Defective or damaged products can be returned or exchanged.

What items can be returned?

All items must be returned within 20 days of receiving your order for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping and restocking fees. Please note some products or promotional purchases may be subject to a restocking fee.

How do I return items?

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number
    You must contact The Wedding Printer within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide you a return authorization number and a return shipping address.
  2. Pack your return
    The product must be returned in it's original packaging. The packaging must be returned undamaged and in a resellable condition. The product's packaging is not to be used as the return shipping package. Any damage caused as a result of improper packing to return an item is your expense.
  3. Ship your return
    Ship your returns via UPS, a traceable shipping method. We recommend you purchase insurance for the invoice amount of the items being returned. We will not assume responsibility for items that we do not receive back or are returned damaged in shipping. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries for return items and will refuse receipt. The return item(s) must be received within 20 days of receipt for refund. Any items received after this period will not be accepted for refund.
  4. Check Your Email
    Once your return is received, it will be processed within five business days upon receipt of the item(s). We will send you an email to notify you when we have processed your return. A credit will be issued to the purchaser within 10 - 14 business days of receiving your return.

Return item(s) without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted for refund. Please note that the Return Authorization Number must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.
